| At VicPlas,
we manufacture a full range of "soft-feel" Thermoplastic
Vulcanizate better known as (TPV). A unique morphology of rubber
and plastics, consisting of highly vulcanized rubber dispersed
within a continuous phase of polypropylene. Their elastomeric
properties provide enhanced elasticity
and flexibility in the vulcanizates, comparable to those of
thermoset rubbers while their thermoplastic
characteristics reduces production cycle time and allows easy
reprocessing by thermoplastic machines. Ideal replacement
for conventional thermoset rubbers, as we eliminated the need
for post-curing and pre-mixing by internal mixers. |
